Scientists have revealed they have found irregularities in the blood of people who have long Covid. Researchers found a small number of people with the condition to have specific issues with their blood, which could ultimately help develop a long Covid test within 6-18 months.

The Prime Minister has now as good as confirmed that Freedom Day will go ahead on 19th July, with nearly all restrictions being lifted. However, scientists are warning that the scrapping of Covid restrictions might only last a matter of weeks due to the rapidly spreading Delta variant and the risk of new variants.
